Last year, the Gulf airline lost the first place to Singapore Airlines, but now Qatar Airways celebrates for the fifth time the prestigious award, having previously won in 2017, 2015, 2012 and 2011.
Qatar Airways also won the best executive class in the world, the best executive class chair and the best airline in the Middle East.

In the world of low budget air travel, AirAsia won as the best low-cost airline in the world, and Japan Airlines won the best economy class in the world and the best economy class seat.

The executives of the airlines celebrated the awards in a ceremony at the Paris Air Show in Le Bourget, France.
