Oracle Health named CMS-aligned network

Press Release

Oracle Health has been designated a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services aligned network and introduced a digital check-in solution to reduce paperwork and improve data sharing.

The new check-in tool integrates CLEAR1, a digital identity platform, allowing patients to verify their identity and share health information via QR codes at registration. The data flows directly into electronic health record workflows, eliminating manual intake processes.

The effort aligns with CMS’ “Kill the Clipboard” initiative to replace paper-based registration, according to an April 20 news release. The EHR vendor said the designation reflects its ability to support CMS-aligned approaches for healthcare data exchange across systems.

Atlantic City, N.J.-based AtlantiCare has already implemented the technology in its ambulatory workflows.

Oracle Health said its CMS-aligned network status also enables connectivity with other aligned networks and Qualified Health Information Networks to support broader interoperability.
