Stacy Graymire, RN, BSN, has been named vice president and chief nursing officer of Lima (Ohio) Memorial Health System, effective March 15.
She has spent the last three years as executive director of nursing at Lima Memorial. Prior to that, she served as director of surgical services. Ms. Graymire has led numerous efforts to improve patient outcomes during her tenure at Lima Memorial, leaders said in a March 9 news release.
Lima Memorial is anchored by a level two trauma center. It also operates a network of clinics across northwest Ohio.
