Traci Nordberg has been appointed CHRO of The University of Texas at Austin’s academic health system, she wrote in a Feb. 2 LinkedIn post.
Ms. Nordberg joined the organization after serving as chief people officer at Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Healthcare since January 2024, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to that, she was senior vice president of human resources enterprise services and business excellence at Somerville-based Mass General Brigham and CHRO at Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
In her new role, she will oversee human resources functions for the academic health system and Dell Medical School, the post said.
