Liz Sellers, MSN, resigned as CEO of Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker, Colo., effective Jan. 27.
Steve Hannah has been appointed interim CEO, also effective Jan. 27, he confirmed to Becker’s.
Ms. Sellers accepted a hospital CEO role out of state, according to a Jan. 28 hospital news release published by The Herald Times.
“We are grateful for Liz’s leadership and the lasting impact she has made on our organization,” Board Chair Mark Schryver said in the release. “We are proud to see her recognized for her abilities and wish her continued success in the next chapter.”
Pioneers Medical Center operates a hospital, a family health center and a long-term care facility.
