Piedmont Augusta (Ga.) has named Nikki McLain CFO of its clinical hub, effective Jan. 11.
Ms. McLain had been serving as interim CFO since August, following the retirement of Dave Belkoski. She previously served as executive director of finance for Piedmont Augusta and Piedmont McDuffie, where she helped lead financial planning, performance improvement and strategic decision-making across the region.
She joined Piedmont Augusta in 2002 as a staff accountant and has advanced through leadership roles, developing expertise in financial forecasting, pro forma development and local performance plans. She has also served as a liaison between the local finance team and Piedmont’s corporate financial planning and analysis division.
“Throughout her career, Nikki has demonstrated a strong command of financial operations and a commitment to responsible stewardship,” said Tom Arnold, CFO of the Piedmont health system. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue strengthening our financial performance and supporting sustainable growth across the Augusta region.”
As CFO, Ms. McLain will oversee all financial functions for the Augusta hub, supporting fiscal stewardship and strategic growth across the region.
