The University of New Haven (Conn.) has entered a research agreement with C3 Medical Device Consulting, a product development firm, to support collaborative innovation in the medical device sector.
Coordinated through the university’s Center for Innovation and Applied Technology, the agreement establishes a framework for joint research initiatives focused on engineering, software development and regulatory strategy, according to a Jan. 29 news release. It also provides students with experiential learning opportunities tied to real-world product development challenges.
C3 Medical specializes in advancing technologies from concept to market, with services spanning electronics design, embedded software, and cloud and mobile application integration.
