Cincinnati-based TriHealth has appointed Ginger Madden chief people officer, effective in early April.
Ms. Madden joined TriHealth in 1995 and held roles including senior director of total rewards and human resources operations and vice president of total rewards and human resources, according to a March 3 health system news release shared with Becker’s.
She was with the system until 2021, when she joined Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham, where she has served as vice president of compensation and human resources.
Ms. Madden succeeds David Atkinson, who has held the role for the past two and a half years.
TriHealth operates five hospitals and employs nearly 12,000 people.
