Prime New Jersey hospital taps chief nurse

Denville, N.J.-based Saint Clare’s Health has appointed Michelle Buck, DNP, RN, as chief nursing officer.

Dr. Buck joined Saint Clare’s Health in February from Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, Vt., where she served as vice president and CNO for nearly two years. Dr. Buck brings 15 years of experience in nursing leadership to the role.

Throughout her leadership in healthcare, she has led improvements in workforce engagement, patient outcomes and operational efficiency, according to a March 17 news release.

Saint Clare’s Health is part of Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare.
