Jared Lesher, COO of Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan., has left the organization for a new role.
After nearly 11 years with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, Mr. Lesher has started a new position as studio leader at HFG Architecture, he wrote in an April 7 LinkedIn post. HFG Architecture is a firm focused on healthcare facility design.
Mr. Lesher became COO of Wesley Medical Center in May 2023, according to his LinkedIn profile. Previously, he served as COO of TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky., from 2022 to 2023, and as vice president of operations at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., from 2018 to 2022.
“I cannot fully describe the appreciation I have for the connections and mentors I’ve met during my time with HCA,” he wrote in the post. “The past few weeks have been surreal as I’ve prepared to shift my career from hospital operations to focusing on leading design teams in the healthcare setting. I am grateful for my time with HCA and the skills I’ve been able to build.”
