Birmingham, Ala.-based Encompass Health has promoted Tiffany Kiehl to president of its central region.
The region includes 18 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across eight states and has more than 3,400 employees, according to an April 6 health system news release.
Ms. Kiehl most recently served as the region’s vice president of operations, a role she assumed in 2025. She brings more than 25 years of healthcare operations experience, including more than 20 years with Encompass Health.
She began her tenure with the system as director of marketing operations at MidAmerica Rehabilitation Hospital in Overland Park, Kan.
