Adrienne Moore has been named senior vice president of strategy and growth for Phoenix-based Banner Health, effective Feb. 2, according to a health system news release shared with Becker’s.
Ms. Moore previously served as Banner’s senior vice president of finance and brings decades of healthcare finance experience to the role.
In her new position, she will oversee the development and execution of the health system’s strategic plan, including market planning and growth, strategic relationships and partnerships, according to the release. Her responsibilities also include operational outcomes, acquisitions and mergers, joint ventures and Banner’s overall growth strategy.
Before becoming senior vice president of finance in 2024, Ms. Moore held several roles at Banner Health, including finance director, interim CFO at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix and vice president of the revenue cycle.
Banner Health operates 33 hospitals, including three academic medical centers, across six states. The system also operates an integrated payer through Banner Health Network and partnerships such as Banner|Aetna.
